Our dependency of the internet has grown so much that we think that we cannot do anything without it. In the age of media and marketing, millions of dollars are spent on advertising in all venues such as the Internet, roadside advertising, and television ads. Most people think that when one is starting to market a new business or existing business that the Internet is the way to go with advertising. Let’s just say that the Internet is not a choice of advertising or marketing a business. There are many different avenues of marketing that a business can choose from such as word- of-mouth, radio, and even television ads. There are still people out there that do not use the Internet on a daily basis and valuable customer base could be lost if marketing is not done in other ways. The biggest thing is to make sure that one is open to marketing in all-different aspects from billboards on a bus to a newspaper ad.
