Why many people do not pass job interviews

When people get out of their various institution of education, they always want to get a job and due to that, they start applying for jobs and getting calls to one interview to another and yet they do not get a job. This seems to be unfair in a lot of cases, because they have practically everything that you have been asked for so why is it that you are not getting a job? This is mainly because the way you are carrying yourself in the interview does not really match the credentials that you are carrying. This will be a problem if you are searching for a job even if you are interested in the jobs in lichfield. When they look at your credentials, all they are expecting to see is a very confident person who represents themselves in a very good manner. They require you to believe what your credentials say about you and that you should be able to answer whatever questions that they throw at you with a lot assurance and if you do not deliver in that they will not be able to employ you because you are not confident in yourself.
